Big companies top of the “pops” … of complaints

If you have ever been frustrated when trying to deal with an insurance company you are not alone. Between January and July this year, big insurance companies topped the list of complaints made to the FSCS. Of course, being big companies they are bound to have more complaints than smaller ones, simply because of their size.
